I have two marans, a welsummer, 4 EE's, a Russian orloff, 2 glw and 1 turken.
They are 21 weeks, have red wattle/combs and started squatting about a week ago.
Have giant poos
Hoping it will be anyday now.

How long after squatting did your ladies start to lay?

If they started squatting a week ago, I figure it'll be 10-14 days after squatting onset for your first egg. So you should be pretty close!
