I had an egg pip yesterday and it had a second pip today in a nearby spot and it’s beak is poking out and hasn’t moved since. Is this normal? What do i do?

What day is it yesterday and today incubation wise? 20, 21, etc.. are others pipped/hatching?

It's possible the first one was supposed to be the internal pip and this new one would have been the external pip.. in which case they can rest/ nap up to 24 hours before unzipping the rest of the way.

Any further suggestions form me are relevant to the first questions being answered.

It pipped at the very start of day 20, and it just became the start of day 21. 8 chicks have hatched and no other pips for a while. It hasn’t moved in hours.

It was also one of the first to pip and has barely shown movement since

Are you sure it hasn't died?
If it isn't moving at all it may have already quit.
Have you candled it recently?
I just took off a few pieces of shell and I eventually got the chick out but it was already dead:(
