Egg pipped

Ok so I have a egg that pipped yesterday my little serama hen has been sitting on 8 eggs for 21 days today is day 22 The chick has made alittle progress since yesterday but not as much as I expected im kinda new to this chick hatching thing but I can hear chirping will the egg be hatched by day 23 or longer?

Chirping is good they pip and then they get tired so they rest but give it time. Just keep a close eye.
