Egg Plumbing is Not Working and 2 Eggs in a Day

One of my pullets has laid these strange eggs. They are hard on one side and soft on the other.
The one on the bottom was laid last week. The two on top I found in the nesting box today.
I have never had a chicken lay 2 eggs in one day but it is obvious these came from the same chicken.
The soft side is up in the picture.

Does anyone know what is wrong with this pullet? She is 20 weeks old and just starting to lay.
Will her egg plumbing start working properly or will she always lay strange eggs?

Just a regular 16% protein layer. The other chickens in that pen that have started laying, lay normal eggs.

just make sure that she has plenty of calcium rich foods - you can add greens like Kale or spinach to her diet as well. Give her a few weeks - sometimes it takes a few tries to get everything running smoothly. If after a month or so she is still only laying the "bad" eggs, then I would cull.

I have one like this. Her plumbing is all messed up and I won't be breeding her. But I'm still keeping her around as a sort of pet. it does help to give her a lot of calcium if you can but she'll likely never get it right all the time.

She does get greens. Collard and more. I also have free choice oyster shell in her coop.
I do hope her egg laying abilities straighten out. I can not keep her if this continues. Eventually
the others will figure out how easy it is to eat her eggs then I will have bigger problems.
