Egg problem

We having some problem with some of our eggs, the yolk easily breaks when you cracked the egg and it also looked like a rotten egg, when the eggs are real fresh, just picked from the nest. Any idea and is it safe to eat?

How long do the eggs sit in the nest? What is the coop temp? Age of hens? Do the eggs smell?

thanks for your reply. the eggs are pick the same day they are laid at least 3x a day. the coop is comfortable, not too cold or too warm. the pullets are close to year old in April and the eggs are without smell at all. it has hazy appearance and the yolk do not hold, but breaks right away when the shell is crack.
