I'm doing the layer mash and the five way feed. Yes when Roxy lays she will now lay one first thing in the morning then later in the afternoon she'll lay another one that has a soft spot. The five way bag is a plain brown bag. I'll call the feed store Tuesday. They're not open today or tomorrow and see if they know what the percentages are

Wow never had a hen lay twice a day.

She just started doing that around the time it got hot here. She was laying daily now it's one a week twice a day.

That just doesn't sound right. Hopefully someone can help you out here. Id maybe try separating her from the roo for maybe a week and see if she normalizes?
