Hello fellow chicken farmers.
I am having some trouble.
I have 3 chickens, one auracana, one buff orp, and one rhodie red, and all but one has stopped laying eggs. The buff produces eggs every so often, I am guessing because it is summer and here in AZ it is quite hot, but I keep fans on them at all times and leave giant ice blocks for them in their water dishes. The auracana hasnt laid an egg since, oh my, I think half a year ago, and the rhodie hasnt laid an egg for at least 4 months. The buff is on a 2 week hiatus. I was reading about deworming chickens and I have never done that before and curious to know that maybe that is the cause. Everything else about them seems normal. And also, I leave diatomaceous earth out to prevent mites. Oh, and I feed them complete layer feed and kitchen scraps like veggies and fruits.
Thank you for your help.
Carly
