I never could boil them and have them easy to peel. I tried vinegar, salt, everything. Now I do mine in the oven and the shell just about slides off. Put them in a muffin tin so they don't roll around. Bake at 325-350 F (depending upon how hot or cold your oven runs) for about 30 min. Put them in ice water.
