Egg question about air cell

Hello, i am about to put a batch of eggs in the incubator and have just been looking at the eggs.
In the past ive had a one egg where the air is like freely moving inside. This time i have a few, woundering what would cause this?
Also ive had one or two where the air pocket is sort of down the side of the egg not at the end, some are slighty off and others are quite abit, and also the pocket is sort of irregular in some.
Would this affect hatching?
Our hens are getting old would this effect the eggs quality?

the detached air cells would be a problem. i have set some with weird shaped air cells and they hatched fine.

My firat hatch i had one egg that development beautiful but not the air cellm it was completely on the side and than when the chick peeped it was on the opposite side of the egg. Than after the hatch that i had to help ended up dying in the brooder from being to weak. Keep. Trying. The eggs that hatched with no problems were "normal size" from the hen i used and more roundish shape and not pointed. I also was able to turn the eggs more often throught the day.

I collect then store in a egg carton and tilt the carton, i try turn it often but if they sat one way for a while would that make the air pocket off?

Just keep them air cell up (pointy end down.) as much as you can.

I used an egg carton bottum until like day 13ish than i just laid them flat. But i also only had four eggs. And make sure to mark them if you havent already.

This is one of the eggs i got today, this is the worst ive had, pencil is where the air cell is.

Here is another not so extreme, i got couple days ago has been sitting air up in a carton
