Egg question. Please help!

Hi, one of my chickens just started laying, so we were going to eat some of them but when when tried to whip them the white of the egg would not whip! will it go away or all of her eggs be this way? Thanks!

With fresh eggs the whites are harder to whip, but they do make the best angel food cakes, nice and tall, make need to take out an old fashion egg beater to do it, sometimes the fork just doesnt cut it.
