Egg question

My hen just laid an egg.
They have not been in with roosters since July 9th.
Is the egg fertilized?
Could a baby be in there?
I am so new to this and just learning.

I think its 14 days but I could be wrong

A hen can be fertile 3 weeks after roo leaves, slim chance at a month, but possible.
