egg question

How soon after laying do duck eggs need to be refrigerated and about how long are they fresh for?

I have had ducks in the past and we collected their eggs daily, just like we did with the chickens. They kept in the fridge just like their eggs. I can't say how long they last but I will say I never found a bad egg in the fridge.
