Egg/Rooster/Predator combo?

I've had several things seem to pop up all at once and I'm wondering if they might be related.

Within the last week my rooster has suddenly gotten very aggressive and has attacked me a couple of times.

Over the last few days my egg production has dropped from 8-10 per day to only 1 today. These are first year hens and I've gotten a lot more eggs this past winter than I expected. Now the weather is warming a little. I thought that was supposed to help, not stop the egg laying?

I haven't seen any signs of a predator, but could that be the reason for all of that? Or are these just two unrelated events that happened at the same time?

the rooster may be the problem with the laying too if hes getting too aggressive with thee hens they may be stressed and if they are they will stop laying
