Egg rubbery texture

Lately after cooking eggs, I have noticed they have a rubbery texture and the taste is not like what they used to be. Why?
 
Very hard to say, more info might help.
How do they taste different?
How are you cooking them?
Any changes in feed or management since this cooking/taste change happened?
