He does not have a naked neck whatsoever, just cute pink toes, lol. He's nice and fluffed up now. I'll get pics tomorrow. Thanks everyone...and for explaining what a cuckoo was, lol.

Thanks for the warning about the feet, i've been keeping an eye out on them, and almost all sit like that when they hatch and are still wobbly..but I keep checking to make sure it's improving. So far so good.
