Egg salad recipes needed...

HI all Iam looking for a egg salad recipe someone made at a dinner and I cant find it.. It was a very thick egg salad and the eggs where cut long thin strips and it had some kind of shredded white cheese..it is white in color and very creamy... We ate it on doritos with a dash of hot sauce...if any one know this recipe please help me out with it.. I so so enjoyed it.. Thank you very much...

I'm very proud of my egg (chicken) salad recipe, I get so many compliments on it!


7-8 eggs boiled, cooled and peeled
3 oven roasted chicken breasts (optional) diced or shredded
1 large or 3 small Dill pickled diced up very fine, or relish to taste
2-3 tbsp of mayo
squirt of mustard
salt and pepper
3-4 green onion stalks finely chopped

and finally my secret ingredient

spinach dip! I always have some left over after eating it with pumpernickel bread, so I add a tbsp or so to the mix

mix it all up and let sit in the fridge for 1-2hrs atleast.

now i want egg salad.....
