Egg salad: what do you put in yours?

Ok, don't throw your finely chopped eggs at me, but I use Miracle Whip. Yep. With sweet pickles.

For egg salad sandwiches I like the tang of Miracle Whip, too. I also add ground black pepper, chopped dill pickle, a little mustard and cajun spice mix which has salt in it.

The usual stuff plus crumbled bacon.
If you want it creamier, a 1/2 tsp. of the bacon grease. (old restaurant trick)

This pregnant, hungry lady should not be on this thread right now. It's late and egg salad and the talk of adding a little bacon to it is making me extra hungry!
