My bantams always keep me amused with egg shapes, had lots of fairy eggs too but not a bullet egg before!:)

I occasionally get those long, lean eggs from a few of my full-sized girls (but none of my bantams) and have one in my egg collection.

I blow out and keep "special" eggs and display them in an old-time egg basket. Sometimes, it's because of the egg's color or shape; sometimes, it's to commemorate a certain girl's first egg.

Yes I was wondering about keeping it, it missed the frying pan yesterday 🤣

My best find -- and one that has its own display -- is a green egg-within-an-egg that was laid by my first runner duck. The outer shell is, obviously, broken in two, but the inner egg is only damaged by the holes I made when blowing out the insides.

I say, start your collection!
