I have two hens & they lay an average of 11 eggs by week, usually one of them lay big oval eggs, while the other lay rounded eggs, both ligth brown, but the round ones usually are darker...now lately I find from time to time eggs with freckles, and they been looking ligthly different from what is been usual in the six month i have them hens... yesterday one of them lay and almost white egg, with tiny freckles... is that normal? or they are lacking something in their diet? do I have to be worry? other than that the eggs are beautiful , with big yolks. They are full time enclosed, with a rooster in a 3'x 13' run with a 3x4 coop...eating 30% protein pellets sometimes mixed with layers pellets plus crackle corn & a wide variety of "fresh food"including grass, assorted veggies, assorted fruits, bread/rice/pasta, sprouts, scrambled eggs...

If they have been laying awhile they tend to run low on the pigments to color the eggs. When they take a break like molting they can replenish their stores of pigment.

What color eggs do they lay? That will determine the mineral that they are running low on. For example, brown is Iron.

You may want to switch over to full layer feed, as they have more vitimins and minerals in them than high protien feed would. Layer feed is designed to keep your girls in high production without running low on stuff they need.
