Egg shells rough and crackled

We have a chicken that is laying eggs where the shell is rough, thin and white specks. We're not sure what is causing this and it is only one of the hens doing this. She's been doing this for about a week and we've increased their oyster intake and that doesn't seem to matter. Thank you in advance for any help!!!

Could be a sign of lack of calcium. Be sure they have lots!
