Hi, My chickens absolutely love hard boiled eggs. Can you also feed them the egg shell? Thanks

If they are old enough to lay ~ yes. It will add extra calcium to their diet. If they are still chicks, just save the shells until they are older.

I always mix the crushed egg sgell with some scrambled eggs. My girls love it. It's good for them as well.

Hi, Thanks for the replys. My chickens are 11 weeks old. Is that still too young. I like the idea of scrambled eggs wth shell mixed in. This morning they had a pie plate with crumbled boiled eggs around the outside edge of plate and diced banana's and peas in the center. They went crazy.
