I honestly do not know, I had a friend who had a huge egg hatch and the hen laid small eggs. It all depends I think

Yes and no. Egg Size Depends on the breed, so if she is hatched from a large egg layer breed’s egg she will probably lay large eggs. It's all according to how she was bred, but it isn't actually the size of the egg itself that determines what size she will lay. Its just genetics.

I ask beacause i get eggs for incubating and last year i had lot of standard size backyard mix hens that lay small eggs and few lay Huge eggs od course i want more Huge egg layers so .. thats why am asking.. they are all back yard mix hens

With mix hens it’s going to be really hard to figure out because the offspring will have genes from both parents contributing to the egg laying. With mixes creating more mixes you won’t know till it happens.

If you want chickens that lay large eggs, start by hatching large eggs. The rooster that fertilized the egg obviously contributes, but all else being equal, hatching large eggs produces hens that are more likely to lay large eggs.

Be wary of the egg size of newly started to lay pullets. Pullets almost always start off laying eggs about 3/4 the weight of eggs they will lay as mature hens after a year or so of laying.
