egg sized poop?

I know I read something about this somewhere, but of course can't find the info now. I found a huge egg-sized plus poop in a nest box this morning. My hens have never pooped in their nest before so first thing I did was count chickens, thinking a predator had got in and left a present... Is this anything to be concerned about? Why did it happen? She must have thought she had an egg to lay!

She probably had some droppings backed up behind the egg and didn't get out in time. i wouldn't worry, it will happen only occasionally, just tip it out.
