How should I give her the tables once I have them?

Orally. If you get 600mg, give one. Don't worry, she'll be able to swallow it.

She doesn't really fell like she has anything in her anymore (although I'm no expert) and is still active. Is it possible she already laid the egg? Is there a way for me to know if she has? Will she be fine if I give her the calcium citrate and lubricate the vent even if she is fine by now?

If you haven't found her egg then she probably hasn't laid it. If it's shell-less they're harder to feel.

Nope it won't hurt to do either of those.
