Egg spots on shell develop over days

Egg on bottom right. After being stored inside, some of my blue/green eggs develop these splotches/spots..... Same hen. Trying to keep for hatching. Removed out of coop asap and kept in cool dark place.

Might be a porous egg...I have a few that do that....candle it to see.

I believe it is the porous shell. Weird thing is they have calcium bumps too... So not lack of calcium i wouldnt think...?

I suppose both porosity and bumps could be present with a wonky shell gland.
