Egg Stand - how many eggs?

Hi all -

I wasn't sure where to put this post, so please feel free to move it if needed. I'm considering opening an egg stand at the bottom of my driveway this spring. I don't have a ton of layers, but enough to sell several dozen a week. So I thought about just having the egg stand open 1 to 2 days per week.

My question is - for those of you that have done this, how many eggs were you getting per day/week to justify selling? Or anyone else can jump it to say what amount of eggs a person would need to be able to open a stand in their opinion? Thank you!

I get 2-3 dozen a day from my hens during the summer, store them both in my mini fridge in egg cartons, & in my egg storage shelf that holds 60 eggs.

My mini fridge holds 15 dozen if I remember correctly.
