Planning on storing eggs at room temperature during the winter to prevent frozen eggs, & this is the first time I'm trying this. (I also sell eggs)

How warm is too warm for unwashed eggs?(They're fertile, just adding info) we use a woodstove to heat the house.

How long do they last unrefrigerated?

For hatching or eating? Eating, we try to use ours within 2 weeks. Hatching 7 days. 60F is a safe bet since it's not warm enough to incubate but not cold enough to damage anything.
For eating. I'm done hatching for the year(Wish I was still hatching though)
