Does anyone know how long unwashed eggs will last at room temp, say...60° - 75°?

If unwashed about a month. "Mother Earth News" has a couple of studies that took a look at the question.

Thanks. I've been living alone and ran out of room in the fridge. Lol So I date them with a #2 pencil when I collect and I realized Dec's eggs were still on the counter. Been having some low egg production lately so i spaced it. B-)

You'll find that government advice in many countries outside the US is to store eggs outside the fridge in a cool place, so for sure it's fine.

We keep ours on the counter as per the Australian method. They last up to a month but are not as good after a couple of weeks. Don't forget the easier you are on the egg when washing or wiping away the dirt will leave more "bloom" on the egg and it will last longer.
