How long can eggs be left out at room temperature?

I usually store them in the fridge, but after the fridge was HALF full of eggs, I have been booted out LOL
Still trying to figure out what to do with all of them (beside selling as hathcing eggs and eating eggs), but the eggs are adding up (sort of).

Was wondering how long I can just leave them at room temperature?
I know in the fridge, they last for WEEKS!
Anyone???

I leave mine out for a few weeks.
In Australia...eggs are even sold on the shelf and not in refrigeration and then stored at home on a shelf.

As long as you dont wash the eggs (removing bloom) you can leave them out for weeks. As soon as they are washed they need to go in the frig.

Since it's spring, start making egg dishes now. I make a few of those 10 egg pound cakes, and freeze the extras.
