Egg storage?

    How do you store your extra eggs? I am going to be getting around 15++ eggs a day. My retrieve won't be able to handle that many eggs after a few days. My neighbors will be getting free eggs but I will still have quite a few left over. Suggestions?

    I have a ton of eggs right now and I started dehydrating them and storing them as powder for when my ladies aren't laying. So far so good! I use the wet/dry method from this link:

    As I just don't see the 'cooked' method working as well. You can also freeze them, but I am trying out the dried because I think they will last longer. [​IMG]
