Went out this morning and found no eggs, it’s been getting fairly cold at night, down to 40 ish. Should I maybe close the windows up some is it temperature related? Nothing really unusual has happened that I can tell to upset the norm other than that

Where are you located? It’s almost chicken molt time. Have you noticed feathers on the ground? Sometimes they molt so slowly you don’t even notice. Egg production drops during a molt and when the days start getting shorter... it will be normal to find less eggs through the winter.
Or..... they found another spot to lay. I would look around and see if you find eggs anywhere else and if you do, collect the eggs and cut off access to that area.

What breeds do you have? Some breeds lay almost half the amount of other breeds so depending on what you have, you can end up with periods of time where they don't lay.

3 runners, 3 Pekins and 2 Rouens, only one drake and he’s a Pekin, I just found an egg in the yard from today so they were late, it’s still cool out.
