Egg stuck Help!!

She is a 3-year-old Isa Brown, and I know she hasn't been feeling herself for a while (weeks). After the egg ordeal today she ate a little and then she's been standing upright since then. It's hard because I have kids and I'm running around all day. We also don't have a vet in town

If a hen gets egg bound, another egg can come behind it. Usually, there is about 26 hours between eggs, but she was egg bound for a bit. I would give the calcium to help with muscle contraction, in case another egg is coming. Hens who are egg bound or having reproductive problems can stand upright like that.
