I would give her extra calcium for a few days to help with contractions and retention. Caltrate with D3 (1 tablet a day, pop it into her beak and let her swallow it)
Keep watch on her for several days, if she has another large egg, she may prolapse this time (hence the extra calcium for retention!).
The blood on the tissue was a little concerning. Probably will be ok and it was just do to stretching of the tissue, but consider administering an antibiotic to help fight any infection from the tearing/stretching. Amoxicillin can be found online. Dose is 57mg per pound of weight given orally twice a day for 10-14 days.
