Ah then why is one broke? Could it have been me?

There are different possibilities...
When candling eggs this far along, you should do it from inside the incubator, without moving the eggs. They shouldn't be moved or rotated at this point.
Candle them in a dark room, so that you can see inside the egg-
If there's no progress in 24 hours, perhaps post more candling photos?

Hens and chicks move eggs around day 21. Candeling day 21 will not harm the chicks. Having the temperature correct and having appropriate humidity is important. Other factors beyond human control also can keep eggs from hatching. Give the eggs a couple more days to make sure it was not just a slightly low temperature.
