Egg taste and health

Does anyone know if there is any data on the nutritional info of eggs between free range chickens fed with commercial food vs. organic food? Also, any opinions on the taste varience (if any) between the eggs and meat of a chicken based on organic vs. non-organic feeding?

I'm not an expert, just a chicken owner but from what I have heard, the only difference is that organic fed chickens obviously have less toxins in them (pesticide, herbicide, etc) but the nutritional value is almost the same, commercial or free range. The taste difference is only in the freshness of the eggs. Commercial eggs that take a long time to get to the store and then into a home lose a lot of flavor.

I personally raise organic chickens and only eat organic eggs. I could never go back to store bought.
