How long can eggs sit out at room temperature before it affects them?

Several Days if they have not been washed. (washing removes the "bloom" that protects them)

hatching eggs sit out while gathering enough to run the incubator! Some people leave them 10 days on the counter.

most of Europe doesn't bother to refrigerate eggs. They will last awhile. If I'm planning to hard boil some eggs I let them sit on the counter for a couple of days so they will be easier to peel.

I grew up in England, my mother kept our eggs in a ceramic chicken on the countertop. We all survived.
