Egg Turner Failed, Are My Eggs Lost?

I discovered my egg turner failed to turn for about a 12 hour period on day 14. This is only my 2nd time incubating eggs and the first time I turned all eggs manually. I tried to candle but my light is not bright enough to really show me what is going on inside the egg (it is a light in the lid of the incubator). I have ordered a new light specifically to candle.

I guess I just need to know how worried I should be? I know I can't do much about it at this time. I just hope this clutch isn't a total loss.

You shouldn't be too worried. If you were turning manually, you'd turn 3-5 times a day, and leave them entirely unturned overnight. The turning is intended to keep the chicken from sticking to the shell. Turning for the 13 days prior, and the subsequent days until lockdown should be adequate. It isn't very likely that the chicks will adhere to the shells because of one interval where they weren't turned.

Thank you. I'm just so worried sick over this. Time will tell, I truly hope you're right!

Thought I'd give an update. I had what I believe is a successful average hatch. 6 of my 9 eggs hatched. I started with 12 originally, 2 were duds when first candled on day 7, one more stopped developing when candled on day 14.
