I guess my egg turner wasn't tough enough for peacock eggs. I had 2 along with my chicken eggs and everything was going great. I added a couple more peacock and it was too much. My question is, can i switch them over to another bator on their sides and turn them by hand? or will it totally mess them up? any input... THANKS!!

I do not think your peacock eggs "messed up your turner" I turn very large duck eggs twice as heavy as peacock eggs on mine.

Just turn them by hand for whatever time remining to lockdown .
No big deal.

I do staggered hatching but am more than willing to hand turn all the peacock eggs. Most of the eggs are in a forced air and rolling right along. Its my second forced air I am having trouble with. SOOOO, it won't hurt to move the egg turner out and continue on their sides by hand?

I am a hatchaholic but refuse to start the 12 step program..lol!!

I have 4 forced air and 4 still air. I usually hatch sebbie eggs but this year I am concentrating on my peacocks. I have waited 2 1/2 years for these eggs..)
