Egg turner removal/hatch ?

Am I susposto remove the egg turner for the hatch ?
If so I should remove it just before lock down ?

I got a dozen silkie eggs going that usps took 7 days to deliver, First time hatching my own.

Figures 3 out of 12 hatched last night, all appear to be happy and healthy tho.
