Egg turner

I have this incubator and I have only seen the egg turner turn once for about 20 seconds. I heard a tick and it stopped turning. I have not seen it turn since then. I cannot figure out what is wrong with it. Does anyone have any experience with this incubator?

I don't have the incubator, but I recommend marking an X on each egg, and an O on the other side so you can confirm that it is definitely not turning. I was doubting that mine was turning the eggs fully and marking helped me see that it was, just a tiny bit at a time.

I did do that and they didn’t move an inch. I actually witnessed it moving for about 30 seconds

I think you'll have to manually turn them then, sorry I can't help you troubleshoot your incubator, I'm new to them myself.
