Egg turner

My egg turner don't seem to be turning. How often does it turn the eggs?

While it is plugged in touch the motor and see if you feel a vibration, these turners turn very very slowly, not visable to the naked eye. If it is a hovabator you have to prep the turner first some way, remove a piece or something. These turners turn 3 rotations in 24 hrs so yea they are slow.
