Egg turning dark on outside?

Hey guys, I took a picture of the Muscovy duck egg that was gray on the outside to show you all, do you guys know what is happening, its full dark on the inside except for the air sac, please help im worried

When they turn green like that they are a potential "popper" ..I would discard it so it doesn't foul the whole batch.

As quietly and as calmly as you can, gently pick up that egg, creep to your back door, and launch it as far away from any living things that you possibly can!

Have you ever had a rotten egg explode on you? I had one go off under my broody hen and I could smell it well before I got to the coop. That egg you have there is an explosion waiting to happen. Quickly, get rid of it!

I had a black egg anf was a fully healthy and live duckling in mine still. Being i opened him up to soon hr or she died
