Egg turning idea/question

Ok so I have a little giant styrofoam incubator. I want to pack it full of quail eggs but it will be a pain to turn so many so what if I tilted the incubator every few hours mimicking and egg turner? My incubator that has an egg turner is in use and I have SO many extra quail eggs

You could probably do that, just so long as you don't have any water in the reservoirs, it would spill out.
