Egg turning question (incubator)

Ideally, how often should eggs be turned?

Are they turned from a 45 degree angle, to the opposite 45 slant?

Minimum 3 time in 24 hours.
Max should be about every 15 minutes.
Every 30 minutes is about normal for an auto turner but once every 2 or 3 hours for a hen
45* to opposing 45* is the norm But it does not have to be that far an it can also be farther.
