Egg turning stop on day 18 of 21?

the brinsea manual say that pheasant eggs incubate for 23-27 days.
Does that mean I should stop egg turning on Day 21??

Very confused and need a quick answer please!!!

Keep them turning all the way thru.I have ad much better luck by keeping them turning.
