Hi I have a quick question for you all. Im day 15 into incubating eggs and I just noticed one is pointy side up. Should I flip it over or leave it be? Thanks for any help.

Flip it over asap. That baby could come out posterior and suffocate because there is no oxygen on that side of the end, so he/she can suffocate if something isn't done (which is very difficult unless you are experienced in such things). It should be fine as long as you correct it.

However, I forgot to add you should be fine since you are only half-way through with incubation, but watch that egg during the hatch for a "breech" pip. You could also candle the egg to determine position of the duckling.

Ok I got her flipped. Its a really dirty egg and hard to see when u candle it. Its kinda clear on the bottom (big end)with veins showing. Dark in the middle and and the air pocket on top(little end).
