Egg Wash

I just got some PEC egg wash from Mcmurry. Th e instructions that came with it are more for a larger operation then mine. I have only 6 chooks. Anybody know how much and how long i let them sit in the wash?. It's not for me but for the eggs I give away, some folks just dont wash their hands.

I have an empty maxwell house coffee container, and when the eggs are dirty I just give a squirt of dawn in the container, fill with water and let set a couple mins, then wash and rinse good. put in cartons and they are ready to go. marrie
