I've gotten 2 eggs from my Belgian D'Uccles and the albumen is creamy yellow color, not appetizing. It looks like there is little distinction between the yolk and the white. It's definitely not old. What causes this? It's not appetizing but is it dangerous to eat?

This is not a new layer. It's a bantam breed with small eggs. Unfortunately I threw the egg out without photographing it. I've had the coop about 10 years and have never seen this before. I don't think it's a ventilation issue but I will read that suggestion.

Well, if you get another you can do the photos.
Just one bird laying these?
One time or ongoing issue?
Just one bird of 14. It's a recent issue. I've only seen 2 funky eggs, presumably from the same hen, though I have 2 that lay the small eggs. The egg contents are really alarming when you crack them. Since I sell to my neighbors I really don't want that experience for them. I'll photograph if it happens again.
