egg with double airsacks

My eggs are 8 days in and one of my chicken eggs has 2 air-sacks that seem to be right next to each other is this a bad sign? if so what do I do about it?

I found out the egg was bad so I no longer have it. It was not shipped and not a sattle air sack either. Looked like it had 2 separate air sacks right next to each other.
