Egg with no shell!?!

My buff Orpinton laid an egg only issue is it has no shell. What does it mean it's the first time it's happened. She's been laying for around 3-4weeks now.

Probably just a little glitch in her system. I've found soft shelled eggs, no shell eggs and even some that disintegrate like chalk. Every once in a great while you'll get a weird one, especially with new layers.
